Anxiety is something experienced by many people. We may feel anxious before going on a first date or before giving a presentation at work. However, more and more, our youth are experiencing higher levels of anxiousness. There are many causes for this, and the many challenges arising as a result of COVID-19 have added to this.
In this workshop, you will learn about what anxiety is, the many causes of anxiety, including those related to COVID-19, how anxiousness presents in children and adolescents, and how you can best support the children in your life using easy-to-use tools.
