TraumaRise - 4-Week Women's Trauma Support Group (In-Person)

  • The Grief and Trauma Healing Centre - Capilano Suite 1, 9363 50 street Edmonton Canada (map)

Have you experienced a stressful event or situation that has continually impacted your life?  Do intrusive thoughts, feelings, and body sensations interfere with your quality of life?  Do you feel that you are alone in your experiences or misunderstood by others?

TraumaRise is heart-centred, psychoeducational women's support group that offers a healing space to work through emotional pain, build inner resources, and foster a deeper connection with yourself and others.

This group is tailored for women who are aspiring to RISE above the trauma they've experienced and build meaningful connections with themselves and others.

Each group session will focus on a topic that addresses the impacts of trauma and will offer tips and tools for healing. Group discussions will aid in bridging the gap of healing in isolation to thriving in a community of solidarity.
