The power of women coming together can move mountains.
There is an unstoppable power that comes from women gathering to share their stories, wisdom, and intuitive guidance. Embodied seeks to build meaningful, compassionate, and transformative connections among women who are aspiring to overcome limiting self-beliefs so they may align with their authentic self. Opportunities for creativity and physical movement will be intertwined with topics, discussions and story sharing.

Your workshop facilitator is Beth Gallant, Registered Social Worker.
Beth (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in social work. She is ardently committed about helping her clients tap into their innate self-healing abilities and offering guidance toward a deeper intrapersonal connection. Beth offers holistic and trauma-informed care that is infused with a feminist and heart-centered approach to healing.
While Beth works as an individual therapist with adults, her love for community work has been a passion since she began her journey in social work seventeen years ago. She has developed and facilitated groups for folks experiencing substance dependence and trauma recovery, spirituality, and women’s healing groups. She has been so deeply moved to witness the capacity of the human spirit to overcome adversity and rise above.
In her personal life, Beth enjoys running, yoga, being amongst the trees and water as well as spending time with her children, partner and many fur babies.
Your investment for participating is:
$375 with registration by October 23rd (includes workshop materials, a personal journal, snacks/refreshments, and a certificate of completion). Please note there is no sliding scale for this group. Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the workshop.
You will also receive an invoice after the workshop that can be submitted for reimbursement under paramedical services if you have benefits coverage. Please note that not all insurances cover the cost for social work.
This workshop will take place Saturday, November 4th from 11:00am – 5:00pm at the Capilano location of The Grief and Trauma Healing Centre.
