Introducing an 8 week Recovering From Narcissistic Abuse Therapeutic Group. This Women’s Circle will focus on the beginning steps of healing after being in an intimate relationship with a person who used emotionally abusive tools to control and manipulate.

Narcissistic abuse leaves us feeling confused, fragmented, and disconnected from ourselves and others. As a result, we are likely to experience heightened anxiety, sadness, loneliness, and other trauma responses in the body. We may start to believe untruths about ourselves and our worthiness of love. When such relationships end, we are likely to grieve and may start to feel the full impact of the emotional abuse.

You don’t have to heal alone.

In this Women’s Circle, we will:

• Learn more about the impact of narcissistic traits and emotional abuse

• Build a connection to others who have been through similar experiences

• Begin to rebuild a connection to self 

• Discover how to connect to our inner parts and our physical sensations

• Begin to heal from the grief of the relationship loss, and any secondary losses involved

• Learn how to begin to heal from the trauma involved in such relationships

• Learn how to set boundaries, look for red flags, and express one’s emotional needs in future relationships
