  • Hi, my name is Megan. I am a registered provisional psychologist. Being here, supporting clients, is a lifelong dream and passion of mine. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share space with you. My approach to counselling focuses on helping you to figure out what is holding you back from the life you truly want and then creating a realistic plan to get you closer to that. I believe that people have the capacity to do more than they believe, but sometimes we need a little support as we navigate life’s challenges.

I have a special interest in working with men and young people (ages 12+).

My goal is to create a collaborative environment where people can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in humanistic and client-centred principles. That means I believe that counselling is about you and your unique experiences and needs. My focus lies in helping people unearth their authenticity and courage, enabling them to craft lives filled with empowerment and peace. I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your innermost thoughts and feelings and work toward positive change.

I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful approach that encourages psychological flexibility and resilience. Additionally, my work includes Narrative Therapy, a method that emphasizes the importance of personal narratives in shaping our lives. I am also a Level 1 Gottman Therapist, equipped with the skills to support couples in building strong, healthy relationships.
