I am dedicated to helping clients enhance their self-awareness, identify strengths, and address challenges related to grief and trauma. Through collaboration and a creative approach, I aim to support your personal growth and healing. The main modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.

My background in corporate environments and experience with diverse clients, from students to professionals, inform my approach to helping individuals facing significant life changes, including grief, loss, and trauma. I am passionate about working with clients to improve their emotional well-being and develop strategies for coping with difficult experiences.

Outside of work, I value lifelong learning and enjoy staying active through spin classes and spending time in nature.
