My journey to becoming a therapist is deeply rooted in a personal commitment to understanding and supporting those who have experienced trauma. Inspired by my own personal experiences with adversity and fuelled by a desire to make a difference, I decided to embark on this path dedicated towards helping others.

With extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults, I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. If you’re someone who feels like you’re not good enough, struggles to set boundaries, or seeks deeper connections with yourself and others, you’re in the right place.
