  • 2015 was the year that changed everything for me. I lost my Dad, my health, my ability to work a job I loved, my relationship, and ultimately - I lost myself. Grief changed me, and reorganized my entire world. I felt lost many times along the way, but was deeply committed to finding a way to heal my broken heart. From there, I dedicated my work to helping others do the same. Grief work has been central to my life - personally and professionally ever since.

My hearts work is focused on supporting grieving people navigating the wilderness of grief, loss, change and transition. I have supported people grieving a variety of losses including death, divorce, break-ups, infidelity, miscarriage, infertility, financial and job loss, a variety of life transitions and changes, childhood abuse, moving, loss of health, and loss of hopes, dreams, and expectations. It’s an honour to do this work, and I am forever inspired by the wisdom, power and resilience of the human spirit.

In my personal time, you can almost always find me with a book (or 5), hanging out with family - especially the kiddos in my life, and nature is my medicine so my preference is to be outside, hanging out in the trees, climbing a mountain or sitting on the dock at the lake.
